My(Meenakshi) - father had written a will in 1999 for a property of 100 yds in favour of my brother. Again a fresh will in 2001 written the property in favour of we 5 sisters. But possession is with my brother and he has gifted the property by referring first will to his wife. Now wife is constructing. What is the best way to 1. stop the construction. 2. Taking of the possession. Please guide us. Already my father has constructed and given my brother a 225 yds plot with 8 portions. Please help us with proper guidance and the expenses involved etc., with regards for the guidance to be received.
