Question : in our co operative housing society , we have bye law as to make member to service, retired person only. now one old women wants to be member. she is widow. her daughter is in service. she can bee a member as paer bye laws can we make a co member to old women ? can her daughter resine after words.? or can she gift a flat to mother? tell solution

"Member ' means a person joining in an application for the Registration of a Cooperative society which is subsequently registered, or a person duly admitted to membership of a society after registration and includes a Nominal and Associate member.
