अगर किसी प्रॉपर्टी की रजिस्ट्री को 5 साल हो गये हों जिसमें बेचने वाले पक्ष की तरफ से उसके पुत्र का हस्ताक्षर नहीं किए गए तो क्या रजिस्ट्री को कोर्ट में चैलेंज कर सकते है?

Hello Nakul Saxena, I acknowledge your question. If the property mentioned herein is an ancestral property, then the son can definitely challenge the sale registration if he was not informed or intimated about the same. It is mandatory for the father to take the consent of the legal heirs and then carryout the sale.
