property

my mother's mom dad died many years ago. their inherited profety (agriculture land) is in the name of their sons and grandsons. can I legally try for that property?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether your mother can legally claim a share of inherited agricultural land. The property is currently registered in the names of her brothers and grandsons, following the death of her parents many years ago. The consensus is that your mother likely cannot claim a direct share as the property was inherited by the male line.
