Hi All.....My mother has only one property under her name....... I have a brother myself and my sister.... My brother is married and got separated after one week of his marriage... Married for 10 years now.....he is trying to claim share in my mother's property now.....Does he have authority on property....I am not interested in any share...I want the will to be prepared on my moms name

Sir, I seems that your mother property is self acquired property, better is to get it gifted and same be registered immediately .... Will has many complications attached if you apprehend that your brother is there to dispute it in future .... Warm Regards Kapil Chandna Adv 9899011450
