Nothing it's very simple,
1st Take the Lease Agreement with you and NOC from Owner to run the business [if it's your own building not required]
2nd select your choice of name and go to your local Register of Shops and establishments Office fill the application pay the fee. You need to mention how many employees and other details
that's it. they will issue license for your business.
