Advocate Rakesh Raja (d)     23 December 2011

Production warrant

In one case the accused is on bail in my case but he is in custody in other case, is it compulsory to produce the accused in the court? Is there any time is fixed for?

it is not necaessary but it depends that on what stage the case is and what direction court has given in that case.and there is no harm in applying for producation warrant too.

it is not nessesary to attend the accused inthe court , but if the court need to attend the accused in your case then the court  issue production warrant of accused
