If a woman wants to take 125 crpc back, what is the procedure ? Can she just go to court and submit an application for taking case back ? Or will both husband / wife have to sign consent terms ?
Current stage is that recovery has been filed and cross examination is yet to be done. Judge forced us into mediation...

GO to the court that tell the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and the petitioner does not pursue her case and wishes to withdraw the same

So the Petitioner can put in an application saying that the matter has been settled amicably. And can she put in this application before next date , without me being present ?

just appear in court, and tell judge that u want to take this petition back. thats it. no need to tell or explain any reasons thereof
