He is working in MNC earning around 7.9 Lacs per annum.owns a house and car etc.Next it is argument for maintenance. We have been seperate for 10 mnths he has not given me single penny as maintenance. Pls. tell how long will the court take to grant interim maintenance. How much will I get as maintenance. What will happen if he files for an objection? Will the case drag? Pls. clarify. Can I ask for compensation along with maintenance. Can he deny to give maintenance?
