procedures follwed at the time of a litigation on property rights and the the jurisdiction ogf the courts

hello friends

1.Can u please tell me the procedures followed at the time of litgation arising out of intellactual property rights including copyrights,patents.ttrademarks etc..?

2.what is PCT filing? and which court has the jurisdiction to hear the cases on this matter??

please explain and clarify my quires

1. Don't know


2. PCT is patent cooperation treaty, an international body of world intellectual property organization [WIPO]. PCT receives patent application from various conuntries and it performs prior search and examination and it does not grant to applicant. So, no question of litigation.

 thank you so much sir..   Mr Suwarn rajan .. sir u being a practising avo. at Supreme court  wht wu  u suggest me regarding gettin to proffesion by takin ip laws as specialsation.. hw should i go abt it... wht r d  scope . I am very much interested in this area of practice.. pls guide me
