What is the stage of the case?
Is charge sheet filed?
Since 307 IPC is not compoundable, but if the complainant and the victim has made a compromise deed or some sort of settlement, then despite the non-compound ability of the offence the same can be quashed in the respective Hon'ble High Court having jurisdiction.
