before applying for anticipatory bail before hc try your luck with FIR qaushing before the concerned HC

In which state was it rejected? Go underground for few months. police can definitely arrest you till AB is granted. Immediately apply for AB in hc. Was AB refused on recovery ground? regards ASHOK

@ Ashok sir,

I am from maharashtra where it rejected. How many time require for getting anticipatory bail in HC, and

also if i submit my application for anticipatory bail in HC can prevent me from arrest. Underground are safe for us ( me &

mom , dad ) while my sis and bro are free on anticipatory bail in this same case 498a.

hello,

if your 498a is clubbed with 406 then recovery will help you in getting bail.
