You have not mentioned the details of the case not even the court's identification.Are you serious?

If you need certified copy then you would have to apply to the court concerned and it is not as simple to get third party's information from the court under RTI ACT.Court's have their own procedure and courts provide certified copies without support of  RTI act.

Bear in mind that always mention complete details of the case you have, to ask for any support from members.
