Next time mention name of State from which you are enquiring as below are Rules of Maharashtra State which says about the procedure to get certified copies by POST

Search Rules of your State from official website of State HC or specify here so that Experts may be able to guide you correctly as your query is too generic to put application of mind.

1. Then self help referring to P & H HC official website as Rules are displayed online.

It depends on the rules framed by high court of concerned state.
But you can get under RTI the certified copy of judgment also, by post.
