Dear reputed Lawyer's,
Please tell me the procedure to file a criminal complaint in front of the Megistrate of Kurla Criminal Court. Do I require a lawyer for it or it can be done by self. The complaint is against the Fraudulent and Corrupt Managing committee of Cooperative Housing Society. The Managing committee has done alot of illegal stuff like sold society land to developer, illegal construction and extorsion through creation of Arears. I also hold a decree regarding it.

Since that demands investigation, it is better to collect all the evidence and draft a complaint and attach the papers and submit copies before Vigilance department, SDM office, police department and if they failed to register the FIR then you should file the complaint before judicial Magistrate.
