Procedure to file complaint against ngo

Hi,

I need to file a complaint against NGO (Isha foundation)

This is regarding a refund amount of 25,000/- they need to payback. This being after many repeated reminders i had sent in mail to them reminding the same. Many times they do not reply back and if they do, they say that they will check with account team and get back. It almost around 3 months.

Kindly let me know how to proceed in this matter and whether i can file police complaint locally against them. Their main office is in Coimbatore.

I have mail copies and also e-receipts of payment done.

Hi, in my opinion, you can institute a civil suit or file a complaint in the nearest consumer distirct forum against the NGO, by including all necessary proof (mail copies, e-receipts etc) in your plaint. However, different states have different rules for the functioning of NGO's in them, best you contact a local lawyer for proper advice.

I want to file a complaint against an NGO head... That NGO impose false allegations on some simple and renowned people and issue the money from the central government.
