I had obtained solvency certificate from Gujarat for my property located in Gujarat last year for bail purposes. However, i did not submit the certificate since it was not needed.
My query is, if i plan to sell my property in the future on which i obtained this solvency will i have any problem? Do i need to apply to revoke this solvency certificate?
Please Note: I have the solvency certificate original with me and it was not used for any purposes as i had expected to.

The solvency certificate is in force for one year from the date of issue of the certificate. So you can sell the property after expiry of the date.
