Procedure in 406

Hello!

Sec 406 of IPC is for the implementation of Criminal Breach of Trust. The convicted person shall be punished for a term which may extend to three years or with a fine or with both. 

One has to file complaint in the JMFC describing the offence committed and go before the Magistrate and if the court comes to the conclusion then it will issue process to the accused and after that procedure will start.

Please advise if thier is any time limit in filling the complaint under 156-3 with court in crpc 406/419/468/471/120b.
