Procedure for noc

Thank you for detailed reply. I filed MA requesting for expedite or forfeit my case as respondents have not filed counter from past 10 months. However my advocate and respondents advocate did not appear on the date of hearing MA and court has disposed OA giving directions to respondents to issue speaking order based on interim order requested in OA. Is it a positive sign? Due to absence of advocate I feel we couldn't represent and request for forefeit.

Just inform your counsel that s/ he may not appear in the case ,return brief and submit the same to concerned Tribunal where OA is pending..
