go for marriage registration under "special marriage Act"

dual citizen means? if she is kashmiri of indian portion or pakistan portion? if she is pakistani - think twice before you done.
if she is indian, or even a pakistani, you can marry her under the special marriage act. no problem for it. but before marriage get confirmed about her dual citizenship.
