Procedure for informing court by post for ill health

U have to file dispence petition in the court. You can file it through your lawyer or through co-accused.

Also in the concerned case lawyer is not appointed & petitioner is alone & not in a condition to reach court?

So just seeking adjournment for this time by informing court via sending a application letter to court along with Medical Prescripttion Record.
