My company is a State Govt owned corporate entity. My company wants to create a pension and gratuity trust fund to meet its gratuity pension liability towards employee.
will you please tell me what shall be the procedure of creation of trust and ints registration and its recognision under various authority like state government, collector, income tax authority, pension gratuity authority etc.
