I have applied for a mutual consent divorce one year ago. But still I have not got the divorce. Judge is denying the divorce. What should we do? Both the parties agree but still we are not getting divorce.
Plz help and suggest what to do?

Your question is confusing. There is no reason for a judge to deny you the divorce if the papers filed before the court are proper and the waiting period or the second motion has been set in.
