Whether Learned Presiding Officer of District C. has sold the decision of case to deprive petitioner unlawfully in the legal proceedings of hearing a concealment is visible, a decision is not passed in the matter. Therefore learned members of this forum are requested to suggest a legal procedure of redressal.
A remedy is available under article of 226 constitution of India aginst Party it is not a concern.
