Hi,
I am sucessful bidder for an E-auction site. I paid 25% of the amount. Now last week I cam to know there is issue with the site. Its a serious problem where no lawyer could find that issue. Now i want my 25% of the money back from the bank. What is the process?

please lodged a fir to bank for that and complaint to RBI and related finanacial organisation and consult a advocate to suit a case against the site owner or bank which is check drawn on it
