yes sir, i'm serious. Actually our mam had raised us this question. According to mam, it was a offence of misappropriation of property. but according to me, it was a breach of contract. where the person was in implied duty to pay bus fare. but he didn't pay. and the person was also liable under Motor vehicle Act, 1988 under section 178.
Sir please give me appropriate answer.
