Respected all,
Please guide me urgently on following issue :
1. An executors have been appointed by a person in the Will.
2. Executors have not presented the will formatlly and not taken the signature of all legal heirs.
3. Even the property has been sold of without the probate.
My questions are
1. Why probate of Will in Gujarat is not complusory ? Is there any rulling or judgement.
Please help me urgently
