Yes the Will is to be probated by a District and sessions court for making the Will to come into force.

My elder brother is having twins one boy & another girl both of them married. Unfortunately the girl is staying with her parents. My brother can not get along with his son and there is always tussle in the house and my brother asked to leave from his house. The son is now staying separate but expecting he will create problems. He do not want to part his property to his son.
Is there any remedy in the law to protest the interest of my brother..??
