Hi All,
(a ) As per my knowledge every private school needs to get license/certificate/registered from "Board of school Education" to run a provate school.
(b) And also every private school needs to submit the teaching staff details to the respective state governaments to make sure that their school has enough staff who are well qualified and who can teach their student well and good.
Could you please let me know which section of law is imposing condition (a) and (b) on private schools ?
