CBI in case of cheating u/s 420,471 IPC, took GEQD opinion but it is not a clear view because expert says that no view can be taken on available record. I want to take help/opinion of private handwriting expert because CBI sent specimen not of the relevant period to GEQD expert. ......
Now my question is this :- court will except private handwriting expert opinon or not?
second, give me some names/addresses of private handwriting experts who are famous for such type of opinions.
Please Help me because it is very -2 important to me.
