Employees of private, public, company or corporation are not striped of their Fundamental Rights to discuss religious dispute in public, as long as it does not jeopardise the interest of its employer's company and does not amount to breach of Peace of the public at large.Such employees are not sub human but full fledged human for all practical purpose.
