Privacy Law

Hi everybody,

Right to privacy is a fundamental right recongnised under Indian Constitution. Few of the other countries have specific laws relating to privacy. But, India....Do we have a specific law relating to privacy?

If the answer is no, then do we require it.

My Dear Theja, yes, Unni Krishna case had declared it as FR. And a seperate law on the subject is welcome, provided a balance is maintained beween the interest of the individuals and the interest of the State.
