Principle of POA is in COMA

Power of attorney holder sold property when principle of POA is in Coma in hospital. He is on life support. Is the sale deed valid?

The POA has defined any expirey or termination conditions, if no then it shall be binding till the perosn is alive,as he has executed POA  to do the things which otherwise he is unable to do.
