I have some agriculture land in Bhavnagar District, Gujarat. I wante'd to convert it in non agri. land. As per my knowledge there is some primium and NA conversion charges applyed, but i don't know calculation of the primium and NA fees. any one ????

Better you enquire with the Revenue Branch of Collector's office. Concerned Talulka Panchayat is giving approval to NA conversion.There is specific form and you have to enclose therewith extract of Record of Right i..e. VF VI of your land,tracing,proposed layout plan etc.As per sec. 65 of the Land Revenue Code,such permission is tobe granted by the competent authority within three months.
