Difference Between Preliminary & Final Decree
In a recovery Suit filed by a Bank the court orders selling of mortgaged property of the borrower and issues a preliminary decree.
My Queries:
1.Y did the Court issue a preliminary decree and not a Final Decree?
2.What is the difference between a preliminary Decree & a Final Decree?
3. Does issuing a preliminary decree by Court means that the suit is not yet Finally decided?
4.When does this Prelim Decree gets converted into a Final Decree
