Dear Experts,
I would like to about a case that I have filed a Pre-Emption case in the District Court u/s 8 of West Bengal Land Reform Act by depositing Rs.50000/-(fifty Thousand) only as pre-emption money in place of full pre-emption money amounting Rs.2,50000/- (Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) only. As the full amount of Rs.250000/- was not submitted at the time of filing the Civil Suit, Can this mistake will effect my case.
Now the question is that :
Is there any Judgement or ruling passed by the Honorable Supreme Court in favor of non depositing of Pre-emption money in full or partial.
