Pre emption

Dear Sir,

Person A (Hindu) has 1000 sq mtr property from which person B have purchased 250 sq mtr 20 years ago? Now A want to sell his remaining 750 sq mtr property to person C (Muslim, (I am not against any caste)) But B (Hindu) wants to purchase the same at the same cost offered by C. Is there is any law in pre emption category so that person B can stop the sell and get it purchased it through person A

Are there two Registries , One of 250Sq Mtrs , Other is of 750Sq Mtrs

If still one Registry is there , B has a rigght

But if two registries are there , B has no case

For Social harmony , its upto you to decide

After all you are not being put to LOSS , You are getting same
