Prayer for divorce

Hi experts,

Wife filed divorce and prayed for dissolution of marriage.

Husband also seeks divorce but MCD not possible as greed is too big.

Now when Husband is filing his written say, what should be his prayer

1. To reject the petition of Petitioner

1. To allow the divorce with Petitioner for the facts presented by Respondent in his written say.

Kindly guide.

What do u want me to ask then.

I am asking based on the facts and events which are unfolding.

And be sure I am a Victim of these women oriented laws....Suffered a lot and still suffereing.

U must have already received sufficient remedies from the legal experts earlier,this amounts to wasting the time of the experts,repeating the same issue always.

I was expecting reply to my answer which would have been easy for u as an expert...but you choose to confront me for not important issues.

Just a comment that follow first prayer or second prayer would have done.

If U feel I am confronting U are absolutely wrong,U are keeping on posting the same query 7 to 8 times under different threads and to conclude with I say it is nothing but vague and fictitious.
