power of attorneys

A property has been divided into 3 portions for persons X, Y & Z.  These 3 people have executed registered power of attorneys to a person “N” after receiving full consideration of the property. Want to know if GPA holds good even after the death of any one person say X or Y or Z and can he execute the sale of the property.

It depends upon the way GPA was prepared.  If it was irrevocable Power of attorney, and transfer the property with powers to registere the sale deed, than there is no hassle even if one of the donor dies.

please check a condition of GPA and thereafter registered the sale deed otherwise no.
