power of attorney till the probate is issued from the court

My grand mother as a small commercial property. she want to appoint me as power of attorney to look after rent matter , can she make a statement in power of attorney document that the power of claiming rent should be given to me till the probate of court is done, whom the title needs to be transferd after death of my grandmother

please any one suggest on this .

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the possibility of granting a Power of Attorney (POA) to manage rent collection for a commercial property before the court issues probate. The user's grandmother wishes to appoint them as POA specifically for rent matters until the property title transfer is finalised after her passing. The advice suggests a Special Power of Attorney for rent collection alongside a Will, clarifying the legal standing of these documents.

She may execute a Special Power of Attorney in your favour to collect rents only.  For her property, she may execute a Will as she wishes which comes into force after her death.

Your query is with respect to GPA or a Will being executed by your grandmother ?
