Dear All
My brother has bought a flat towards investment purpose. However he would not be staying there. Instaed my mother would be staying there. Hence my brother wants to give my mother a power of attorney which enables her not only to participate in day to day chores of the society liking meetings, voting etc... but also helps her take decision of the flat in terms of mainatainence, repairs etc. Can sombody me help me with such power of attorney draft.

In a co-operative society the right to be exercised in the general body meeting is a personal right. This is one of the reasons why even a person holding a power of attorney cannot attend the general body meeting of the society.
