I have given general power of attorney to my father. He used that and purchased property in my name on 2006. In the purchase sale deed while mentioning power of attorney details (ie. Which I gave to my father) the reg. document number of power of attorney mentioned wrongly due to type mistake, i.e. instead 1551 it is mentioned as 1553. But EC wise everything is perfect till this date. The registration done in Madurai. Also now difficult to trace previous owner who sold the land. Please confirm whether this is an issue during selling from my side, if yes self affidavit is enough for this is future if needed. Kindly suggest...
