Hi,
Could you let us know if power of attorney can be cancelled after doing agreement to sale (Satekhat)
Satekhat was done first then power of attorney was given.
Can power of attorney be suficient to register name on land as sale deed has not happened, we havent
signed any sale deed yet.

The sale deed before the cancellation is legally valid. On this basis you can transact you matters. The power of attorneys must be cancelled informing the Attorney holder.
The power of attorney is also valid for sale land and taking money, In breif , all things must be in power of attorney
