What should be value of stamp paper on which power of attorney should be executed? This power of attorney is for the purpose of registering a sale deed of a flat. The flat's registration and stamp duty has already been paid.

The stamp duty varies from state to state. It depends on where do you want the POA executed.
Consult the relevant state's stamp duty rates.
