Is it s General Power of Attorney or Special Power of Attorney ?

What is the relationship between the Attorney and the Executant ?

Does the Power of attorney  includes any  Sale Agreement ?

Do you want the  Power of  Attorney  to get Register before the Registrar, and seeking Stamp duty for the same ?

OR

Simply you want to execute the Power of Attorney in favour of one person and further want to "NOTORIZ" the said POA ?
