Power-Of-Attorney must be executed in favour of single person/donee for single transaction it cannot be executed in favour of several persons for same act or single specific transaction. But a power of attorney can be executed by more than one principal in favour of single person.

No law stops ONE PERSON from gettings POA from several persons and for similar type of acts ? However, it doesn't mean that the POA holder has to exercise his power for the same same property. In no way the POA holder is eligible to apply for loan for and on behalf of the person who has given POA either from any Bank or Financial Institutions will give loan to the POA holder.

The POA holder can only put his signature/s for and on behalf of the Power of Attorney giver.

Don't make the things complicated. Laws are very simple and clear. We have to be logical.
