Possession of a stolen item

Is it a criminal offence when A asks B to hold some of its property and A without any questions keep the items. But later it was found that the items which was in possession of A( which belonged to B) and A without any knowledge and in good faith later finds was stolen.

Yes, keeping stolen property in possession is a serious offence punishable up to  three years imprisonment or fine or both

But what if we don't know the fact that it is stolen and we keep the item in good faith
