Brief -
Husband died at Nagpur before the judgement of divorce petition. We recently came to know that his brother had
illegally acquired the flat at Nagpur even thouh wife is only the legal heir of that flat. Currently wife is
staying at Pune.
1. Is it possible to file the criminal case at Pune since wife is residing at Pune and since brother who illegally residing in the flat at Nagpur is a resident of Pune City.

The crime is reported to have occurred in Nagpur, hence a complaint with Nagpur police will be proper.
