Posiibility ofcounter fir/petetion in dowry case

Respected members, a  f.i.r with 498 A /406 has been registered against me and relatives.in the F.I.R it has been clearly mentioned that dowry was given by my in-laws  can i file counter F.I.R or any case against them as giving and taking dowry both are crime .

I have personally no faith in DP3, I have not seen any success story of the same till now.

Giving dowry cannot be prosecuted by virtue of S.7(3) of D.P. Act.  Pl. refer Pooja Saxena's case decided by Justice Ajit Barihoke of hon'ble Delhi High Court.
