I have recently filled up application for UPSC and written the prelims exams. I will pass the exam and am preparing for the next stage (Mains) right now.
Further, I have provided my permanent address ie. my father's residential address in the form that I filled up. Recently, there was a major issue in the family and now I am no more on speaking terms with my family members.
This is not how I wanted things to be yet this is how it is.
UPSC conducts police verification of candidates if they qualify for the exams finally. Will my not being on speaking terms with my family be a hindrance?
What should I do?
